Description of Work: This is hard to evaluate, because I wasn't there. I bought a gift certificate for a friend of mine, so I asked her about the service. She said they did some things excellently, but took too long and so didn't do as much as she expected for the time they were there. The problem may be the communication between my friend and the on-site worker, because my experience with the professionalism of the staff in their office was first-rate. I would hire them again, but probably not in the involved third-party way that I did before. I'm not sure how reliable my friend's report is.

Description of Work: Empty house, quoted 400, Came without needed equipment. Workers very lovely, sweet, kept hands moving. Took 4 hrs. for 2 girls to clean one small 4 X 5 bathroom. That was just dusty from construction. Did touch surfaces of 6 rooms. Didnt do windows, or blinds, because I was already 300 over budget. Again. house was very dusty, and it would have taken 2 people 4 hours to dust. Didnt clean the inside or outside of stove or refrigerator. I cannot understand why they took so long. I could have stopped them at the 400 point and 2/3 of the house would have not been cleaned. Again the house was not lived in and had just been purchased. The floors and walls were brand new. There was minimal furniture. They had no vaccumn ladder, sponges. I had to provide buckets, ladder, step stool dust extenders, mops. I had to bring them to the location. I felt the extra hours were created by two people staying in the same room gabbing, when they couldhave doubled the amount of work done if they had focused. I was taken advantage of because of not being present to ask them to seperate.

Description of Work: We used Greenhouse Eco-Cleaning to clean a one bedroom apartment.

Description of Work: I've used both their more extensive "Deep Cleaning" service, as well as their regular service. Though they demand the first service be at the more expensive and extensive deep clean, it's well worth it. They thoroughly cleaned the insides of all my appliances, vaccuumed furniture, etc. The house was spotless. Subsequent routine cleanings have been great as well.

Description of Work: A four hour cleaning of my 900 square foot apartment.
