It went very well. She was quick, efficient and thorough.

Went okay. Did not follow one and only important direction given. Cleaned slowly. Did a mediocre job.

I didn't do a lot of research on the pricing. The lady came in but there were a couple of things that I noticed weren't complete in my opinion. So, I asked her to come and do some extra work. She didn't have to come back but she cleaned the house and I came in for a review. Upon review, I had feed back that this and this needs to be done and she did it. The lady who visited me didn't speak very good English but I spoke with someone on phone that was a representative. I didn't feel like they had the supplies that they needed. So I provided some stuff like a bucket and a mop and all that stuff. I don't think that they had all the supplies they needed. I would try some one else in the future.

She came on time. She was very pleasant. In four hours she cleaned 1 bathroom, the kitchen and did some light vacuumingI told her that I wanted things moved and not to clean around things. When she left and I moved something on the kitchen counter, it was dirty. I think it was a lot of money for very little work. The man at the agency offered me a discount on my next cleaning, if I used the service again.

Green Elite has always answered my calls for home cleaning whenever I need it. The attention to detail they have is great. They always leave my home spotless, clean and fresh, which is why I have grown to love them. Their management is top-notch and it is the main reason why I never had any trouble getting a schedule from them. If you want a good cleaning service, don?t go elsewhere. Just give them a call!

Lillian was kind and quite, but we were very dissatisfied with the service. We have a small 2-bedroom that was already neat and orderly. In 4 hours, she managed to clean the fridge, kitchen cabinets (which were mostly bare) and dust the living room. The living room was done in the last 20-25 minutes as that's when we came home. Barely any vacuuming,sweeping. No mopping. Bathroom and bedrooms not touched. Then she asked if we wanted to add more time so she could finish-what a scam. We ended coming home to clean. Waste of time and money. I spoke to the supervisor on the phone and all he kept wasting was "but was the work she did satisfactory?" Yes the little work she did was fine but overall was horrible as it does not take 4 hours to do what she did. I want a refund because I came home to clean.

Green Elite cleaning has reduced all my troubles ever since I had them for regular cleaning. I?ve never had a cleaning service before but it was well worth it. They listen to what I want and their cleaning staff definitely know what to clean and what to do to satisfy their customer. I am an 8-5 working professional and I am very pleased to return to a clean home.

My home was a huge mess. I was extremely worried because my parents were coming in over to visit and I had no time to clean up. Desperate, I called this place for help. Not only did they answer my call but also sent a crew to my place to clean. They were done by the time I returned that night. My home was transformed from a huge mess to an organized and clean one. Not only did my parents had a great time staying but also thought that I have become a neat and orderly guy.

We needed to have our apartment cleaned right away. New tenants our coming and we have promised to have it cleaned before they move in. After a few phone calls, we got green elite to come and clean the place. true to their words, they came on time and had the place cleaned according to their estimated time. Their service was right on time for us because the next day, the tenants have begun to move in and they were impressed to see that the place was very clean.

The cleaner did an amazing job. She was very thorough. I also liked her personality.

They called today and advised they would be 15 minutes late and then never showed. I have attempted to contact them four different times and they will not pick up or answer the phone. I am very unhappy with their lack of professionalism and am cancelling and finding a different company to do this service for me.

I started my regular cleaning 2 months ago and I was uneasy at start because the previous cleaning service I had was unprofessional and bad (the cleaning lady left my door unlocked and didn?t take out the trash). This company on the other hand is professional in every step of the way. I like their product. I like their service. Most of all, I like their cleaning ? it is always spotless and they never forget to take out the trash! They work really hard and I am very happy with how seamless their communication is. This makes me want to congratulate their company for impressing someone as picky as me.
