I received a text the night before confirming the time and a second text when they were on their way to my home. The moving crew was prompt, very polite, professional, and neighborly. They made recommendations for wrapping the furniture for long term storage and reviewed the additional cost upfront. No hidden cost. Everything was transparent. Excellent job wrapping the furniture for long term storage. At storage unit they gave options and took my input on how to best use the space so additional items could be placed in the unit at another time. I would definitely use the again. Really great experience.

Perfect name for this moving company... Great Movers. They are what their name is. The entire process went smoothly. From initial correspondences with Sal U. to the 3 man crew headed by Alex who moved my family. They were on time, thoughtful, professional, and moved everything safely. Alex measured and showed great care to not damage anything. Furniture was wrapped and had not a scratch. Sal U. was most polite and patient with our questions and changes to the move. I would highly recommend this company who moved us locally from Nassau County to Suffolk County.

The movers came on time, were friendly, cooperative, amazingly efficient, and carried my piano up 29 steps and around a narrow bannister without a problem. They were able to work within the allotted time so that I didn't have to pay anything extra, and before the move, all of my questions were promptly and thoroughly answered.
