Dear Member, Thank you for taking the time to post. Your feedback is very important to us. I've checked our call tracking records and interviewed the staff. We cannot find a database record of your phone call. If someone did not handle your call appropriately, I'd like to play the call for them and support them in the best possible client care skills for their re-education. Each client is important to us. We pride ourselves in caring for our clients and not only taking care of their homes, but also in making certain that their experience with Great Green Cleaning is supportive and connecting from the very first phone call. Is it possible you spoke to more than one cleaning service? Everyone in this organization represent me when they speak to a client on the phone.
