+ -1 moreThe experience was less than satisfactory. The person that we were dealing with said he would be there all the time when the workers were working, but in fact he left. After the roof was done we noticed that in the wintertime that there were ice-sickles forming. We suggested that the gutters were not done properly and when we tried to get in touch with them they were very hard to get in touch with. They said that they would come back out and they never did. We called them back and they said they would send us a gift card from Macy's as an apology and that they would send someone out, and they never did. So the whole thing was less than satisfactory. I think they were priced high. There was supposed to be a 30 year guarantee on the roof and they haven't been back since the install even though they were called several times.
Description of Work: I used them to do some roofing last fall. They did a roof replacement.
