I felt taken advantage of. I was in need of help when I knew a storm was coming, Boris told I would be taken care of first thing in the morning and then I was put off by him for 2 days. He had no regard for me or my family. He did not clean up his after work and there is a blood fingerprint on the window that is not able to be reached to be cleaned.

the work was done in a timely professional manner, after the new glass was installed in the storm window frame, you'd never know there was any breakage or damage in the first place

Very nice guys.! Except they left a mess behind for me to clean up. Instead of taking away the broken glass door, they left it at the curb where glass shattered onto the sidewalk. Since they brought a new door, why couldn't they take away the old one? On second thought, I shouldn't have given them 5 stars.

Boris was absolutely fantastic and incredibly efficient. A real pro! He was so polite and knowledgeable. Fixed a jammed door, changed two locks in a flash. Amazing! Kevin also was a great help. We are thrilled with the service and level of professionalism we received. We will recommend to all and definitely use again!
