They called a day earlier and asked if I was home to come early (which worked out great because today was better than tomorrow) gave me the most reasonable quote on the spot and fixed both issues I had with doors swelling and not being able to open or close properly in the summer. Boris called within a day of my online request (Sunday), came the same day( Monday), gave me an estimate. Same day measured the windows and returned Wednesday morning to install them. I am very pleased. I had 2 double hung insullated windows that were broken and a screen that needed repair. He did all three in a timely manor.
