The frame of my kitchen door had been damaged by a forced entry. Boris and Igor responded promptly to my service request, came in person to inspect the damage and repaired it rapidly at a reasonable cost. None of the other persons contacted were willing to come and inspect the door but they nevertheless suggested that replacing it would be necessary, a job that would have taken much longer and would have been more costly.
