He is a terrible work. He is not good.

I hired Boris to repair a window, I paid a $100 deposit, he took another window to take measurements. The contractor told me he cannot do it, and he would refund me the money and take back my window. So far I haven't received my refund or the window back. Boris did a great job and then had a quality of service.

I still need that receipt though, Boris! You said you were going to email it to me.
