I read the existing reviews today. Ben showed up within the hour! I read he is great and he IS! I HIRED HIM TODAY! He came back in 2 hours, started at 2 p.m. and completed the entire job by 7:30 p.m.! Very thorough and neat! I highly recommend Ben!

I have had my garage door opener repaired 3 or more times during the past 10 years by other firms. But NO ONE before Ben explained why the opener wouldn't work correctly! He came on time, listened carefully, fixed the opener and explained the problem quietly and efficiently. In short, he was terrific! He also made a sensible suggestion and installed a part to avoid a lock down of the garage door in the event that the electricity goes out.

He adjusted the hinges so as to prevent this from happening again he also recommended that I lubricant the rollers and springs, which was very thoughtful!
