Description of Work: Gala was recommended to me. I called many times to schedule a day to have Joseph (owner) see what I wanted done at my home, but Joseph never scheduled a day to come or would say they'll call later to schedule but never happened. Until finally his assistant called (4/4/14) telling me that he won't work with us unless we are working with a contractor or architect. I believe it was their way of saying they won't work with us. So after several weeks of calling and waiting for his response, they finally tell us that...we need a contractor. Very unprofessional! It would had been nice to been told this on day one. Would not recommend based on their lack of responsiveness and prefessionalism.
