Freddy's Handyman

Not good. I liked local, 15 yrs experience, quick reply, knowledgeability and nice customer service. I agreed to price seeming fair & got easy appt . 90% of professional need was skill to hang bathroom shelf on wall tile. I feared damaging irreplaceable tile. This was my 1st handyman. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. 1-With shelf, drill slipped, scratched tile only to stop chipping grout. Contacting Freddy “I forgot to tell you that was already there.” He said he’d fill grout on next paid job to drill kitchen cabinets handles. No longer confident in him, I asked for $ back and was ghosted. 2- Floor was to be caulked around edge. The job is very messy & incomplete in parts. With it is .5” shiny/ clear/ tacky paint trapping debris. 3- Towel holder loosened in days and fell off in wks. Perhaps more attention to detail would be over 2 hrs for him and less experienced worker. At $550 w/ tip, I feel taken advantage of.
