Flat Rate Carpet

Excellent customer service on the phone, checking what type of stains etc. Confirmed all pricing before scheduling appt. Technician arrived on time. Polite, friendly and did an amazing job. Like having a new carpet and sofa again. Absolute pleasure using a company like this that you can rely on.

Very flexible and responsive with scheduling the evaluation and estimate. They told me my rugs would need treatment for moth damage, and that they'd be ready in a couple of weeks. The technician actually offered me $5,000 for all of my rugs in present condition. I told him I'd rather have them cleaned than sell them. After that point I never heard from this company again. Every time I called, I was told the manage wasn't in and someone would call me back right away. This continued for months. When I finally did get a manager on the phone, he told me they would need to charge me $1,000 more than originally quoted because the damage was very extensive. At that point I truly never heard from them again. I've asked for my rugs to be returned many times, and they simply say no one is there to help me. I think this company is a scam. I'm planning to call the Attorney General consumer fraud office.

The carpet looks amazing! This rug is about 45 years old and it looks brand new. The colors are vibrant, the pile looks plushy again and the padding is so perfect. It is not too thick so that you can trip over the edges, yet looks so luxurious. The company was polite, efficient, prompt. I can's say enough good things about them. Just wonderful!
