Work was done on schedule within a few days of first meeting.Contractor answered all my questions. Workers were polite and even played with my dog. No mess. No drama. Good work. attention paid to slope and drainage as requested.I would consider them again for a similar job, approximately 100 sq ft concrete mixed by hand. Would also consider them for a larger job involving carting and truck mixer. Nice honest personable hard-working guys.

Their work was okay. The main complaint is that they did not give us a receipt for the materials they purchased and charged us for. They took the old bricks off my stairs and cleaned them and then put new bricks on top. The steps looked dirty when they were done and the railing was not put on right. They were supposed to do 20 hours of work but they left before they finished. They then charged us an extra 1,200 to do the sides of the stairs but the bricks were a different color. They then asked me to give them an A rating with Angie?s List but I don?t feel that they did an A job.

Nahid and his partner worked well for the appointed time getting as much work done in 4-hours for the price agreed upon by the deal. The quality was satisfactory although Nahid had to return a few days later to reset a couple of loose bricks on the steps. He did a better job on the second attempt and was prompt in rescheduling. We needed the work as a temporary fix for a problem that needed immediate attention. The work was done professionally, but not exquisitely, so we are satisfied with the outcome and got what we paid for.

REBUTTAL TO COMPANY RESPONSE: Of course, he didn't mention anything that was being discussed on the phone. Like when he admitted (to me) that he didn't do that one area because he thought it wasn't necessary. I reminded him that we had specifically discussed that particular area as he told me he needed to use a drill and therefore access to a power outlet. Since I don't have a power outlet at the outside of my house, I had a connected extension cord outside for his use (which he never did). He also knew that I wouldn't be home and told me that wouldn't be an issue. According to my tenant he showed up at 8:30 AM. He can't tell me that he worked until 3:40 without as much as taking a break for lunch. And when he called me at 3:40 PM he told me that all cement work was already dry, which to me states clearly that he had finished the job even earlier. I was told that I didn't need to move flower pots. They dropped a flower pot into my neighbor's yard where they left it and the pot broke, of course. I have not idea what they did to my water hose, which had a big hole and was taped when I used it after they had left.

They were very punctual, arriving on the mutually agreed upon date and time. They were very knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous and did an excellent job. I would use them again and highly recommend their work.

i like there job it was one day job and they grind old pointing but before they start they cover all my plant my steps and my neighbor plant as well and clean them after work so i like them from beginning very nice worker and professional so my recommend try them you wont be disappointed for sure
