I was very satisfied.
Description of Work: I required a large mold job for the house. I originally paid their sum. Since there was water leakage, there was another mold issue. Luckily it was within the warrantee and they did the job without any additional fee as long as I bought the air machine which they explained is important for prevention.

Description of Work: They drilled holes in the bedroom closet wall and in the living room ceiling so that they could spray a solution to kill the mold and then sealed up the holes. They also treated the basement storage rooms in the same way.

Description of Work: We needed an assessment of water damage from a ceiling leek. They told us there was not much of a mold risk but the humidity and mildew in the bathroom was a problem. But later when the treatment guys came they claimed much more needed to be treated and ended up treating both rooms, leaving a mess of mold resistant pain spatters on the floor and furniture (after insisting that I did not need to lay any protective covering down!) and fumigated the entire apartment. Even though they claimed to use organic materials, we found it very uncomfortable to breath. After we complained about the work it took them 2 weeks to send someone to review after about 12 emails back and forth.

I hired Five Boro to do a mold inspection. They were very easy to work with as far as scheduling. The testers showed up on time and were very professional. They had my report to me a few days before I expected it. The report was very thorough and detailed. I had several questions. All phone calls were returned promptly and they spent some time with me to explain results.

The company came with three service providers. Looked very professional. We filled out a list of questions. We were told they were doing air, and infared tests. We would have results in 2-3 days. As we were VERY concerned having been admitted to the ER and a pregnant lady in home. Four days later...... we are given the run around on the phone being told "an email would be sent later" "someone will call later" The next day we call again and are told "Its my day off" !!!!! By the person answering calls as well as the same answers as we were given the day before.
