First Premier Home Warranty

First Premier Home Warranty has terrible service, ignores requests, and reimburses technicians so poorly that it's nearly impossible to get them to show up. The alternative is to pay for service out of pocket and file for reimbursement. Then you're stuck continually begging them to get around to actually reimburse you. I found the only way to get attention to my problems was to threaten to cancel. After I was so tired of dealing with them that I wouldn't let them talk me out of canceling, they told me they decided not to allow me to cancel. They insisted that my only option was to wait a year and then try again to see if they would let me cancel next year. If it weren't for my credit card siding with me in my dispute, I never would've gotten my money back. I also filed complaints with my state's regulatory agencies and it turns out that First Premier Home Warranty has been illegally operating without a license in my state. Many states are suing them for their fraudulent practices.

Company assigned three techs to fix my refrigerator, the person that showed did not resolve the issue. Ordered parts that did not work. Then stayed he did not have proper tools to complete the job.

It's really hard to find a warranty company this days to make you feel safe and taken care of. First premier is by far the best one out here. We strongly recommend them.

I had an ac waraanty repair issue, 400 to repair. They said no. Would only offer 200, and I reluctantly agreed. After several months later, they still have not paid WHAT THEY PROMISED!!! Who does that!, Stay away from them, promise you the moon, and only deliver a stale moon pie!, Save yourself the grief. Avoid them at all costs, unless you like throwing money away!!! Don
