mortgage broker
 + -1 moreOne of the very important aspects of landing a mortgage to us was the location of the broker and the advantage of giving them the business locally. This is a great company to use as they are right in the heart of Park Slope and actually care about the clientele they see. This is not my first mortgage so I am familiar with some of the less than reliable sorts, and can honestly say First Merchant s is very professional, honest and trustworthy. I received the rate and the terms I needed and I do not hesitate in recommending them.
Description of Work: This company helped us get a mortgage to buy our new residence in the Park Slope Area. The actual closing went without a problem and there were no surprises or hidden costs whatsoever.
