They actually both sold our previous residence and then found our current residence. There were a couple of players involved. The one we worked with them was closely by far did the superior job as an agent by the name of Lisa James and she was our main point of contact for purchasing the home. She was also involved in some part in the selling of our previous home. Like most real estate offices, she worked under Gina, the broker. The way the office is structured is that the broker sort of heads the office and the agents work under that person. We just happened to have contact with both because we were also selling the house. We are not very happy with the broker of the company. Lisa was very good as an agent in returning phone calls and meeting with us in the house finding process. The broker wasn’t very good about returning phone calls and that sort of thing, which actually also impacted Lisa’s work. I would rate Lisa highly but I would not rate the broker well. Lisa was the one whom we had the most contact with. The manner in which the company was presented, we felt that the company would work on synergy as both the buying and selling agents worked in the same company, there would be ease of communication, but it turned out that the only good person was Lisa. We probably would have been better off getting a separate selling agent and a buying agent. I was highly disappointed with the broker’s service. I would use Lisa and would not use anybody else.
