It went well from beginning to end. He showed up a little early, went right to work, completed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up whatever mess he made, which was minimal.

I took a chance when I called Bobby, as he only had one report, although the report was excellent and so I'm happy to provide him with another one. While I had moved several light fixtures in my units before without a problem, this time we encountered a lot of jerry-rigged wiring that we couldn't and shouldn't have put back in place. I called Bobby on a Thursday afternoon, and he agreed to come by the following morning at 11 to take a look. He did not request an examination fee for the visit. He showed up at 11:30, but contractor minutes are like dog years--this is like a good friend being five minutes late, and barely worth mentioning. Bobby promptly diagnosed the problem, and when I asked if he could work on it today, he agreed to take care of it. Since it's unnerving to sometimes work with a contractor who seems to second-guess himself or spends time fixing mistakes, it was a pleasure and a relief to see Bobby competently and methodically straighten out our wiring. Bobby was courteous, professional and competent, which sometimes, unfortunately, is a tall order. I've got some much bigger jobs coming down the pike, and he will be the first electrician from whom I seek a bid. Don't be deterred by the fact that he's only racked up two reviews so far, as I offer my highest recommendation to Bobby Jones.

He is a licensed master electrician. He came out and gave me a free estimate and then came back to do the work. He was very prompt, cleanly, and polite! I accidentally wrote the check to pay him incorrectly and he came back to address the issue in a very polite and professional manner. He was a pleasure to work with. I even recommended him to my church and they are using him as well.
