Amazing. Replacing all the windows in our apartment, was a hair raising undertaking. We went for Marvins, and they cost the earth. Andrew's price was more than fair, but it's the workmanship itself that is so truly outstanding. We thoroughly researched windows contractors in our area. Just about everyone had a horror story review somewhere on the web. Not Andrew. His references were glowing. And the work he did showed they were well deserved. Look, the biggest problem with renovations is the communication with the contractor. Andrew is way smart, experienced, and he listens. Punctual? Of course, goes without saying. Tidy? It's really startling how meticulous his team is. So great not to have to hear complaints from the neighbors - they vacuumed the halls and the stairs outside our apartment. Andrew's also done work on our building's exterior and on our heating system. It seems like there's no problem he can't handily solve. This is the contractor of your dreams. I saw a number of reviews like this about Ferris Construction, and I didn't believe they were completely true. I thought maybe they'd been written by his friends. Nope. It's true. Andrew Ferris Construction was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.
