Fenton Garage Doors

I did not use Fenton Garage Doors to replace my Garage door due to the high price they quoted me.

Everything turned out excellent. No problems with him. He was very good, professional, and personable. . I had a problem with the opener and came right back to fix it. I would recommend him to others.

I had Fenton installed the garage door about two months ago. The sensor on the door stopped functioning a few days ago so I called Fenton to report the problem. Richie showed up the next morning and took care of the problem free of charge. I am very glad I used Fenton in the beginning so I don't have to worry about service issues.

They were good. It was still under warranty and so there were no charges. Their demeanor was good but they were a bit pricey.

The provider arrived at the agreed upon time. They replaced the springs on one of my garage doors and the sensor on the other garage door. Both garage doors have been working fine ever since.

I called Fenton at 11:11 AM and gave the info to the operator who said someone would call back. Richie called 2 minutes latter. We discussed the problem and he said his guys would be here around 1PM. They arrived at 11:35 looked at the job gave me the price and were finished by 12 noon. After finishing the fellow in charge, didn't get his name, checked everything and advised me as to what to look out for in the future. I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism and rapid response.

Richie was totally professional. He explained the options and gave us estimates depending on the choice we would make. He was on time for the appointment, worked efficiently and left us pleased with the job. He was on-site during the time the work was being done. He was respectful and pleasant in his demeanor and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Quality job. Had all parts on truck. Done very quickly plus he reset all remotes and reprogrammed all car systems. Top notch operation - exceeded our expectations.

Well they came, fixed and went all in 15 min. Overpriced. Asked about coupon and they said "taken off already" Will never use again.

Mr. Fenton arrived right on time (8:00 AM), took one look at our old garage door--inside and out--and got right to work. He intuitively knew just what do, and it seemed as if the new garage door he installed was up and running in the blink of an eye. He and his associate cleaned-up after themselves and hauled away what was left of the debris when they left. They even took care of another problem ... a problem that we had not contacted him to solve. You see, we had a long metal pole resting outside our garage wall, a pole which was what remained of an old gate we had removed years ago. Mr. Fenton's associate took one look at it, retrieved a power saw from their van, sliced it up, and placed the sliced-up pieces in their van, along with the remains of our old, manually operated garage door ... all at no additional cost. It was a pleasure doing business with true professionals, who also happen to be straight-up, no-nonsense, down-to-Earth, good guys ... real people, if you know what I mean. I called Fenton on Monday morning they responded to my call and showed up at the time they said they would. They corrected issues quickly and professionally. They also informed me of the discount given to Angie's list members that i did not know about

He was excellent. His price was just right. I liked everything about him, his punctuality, workmanship, and workers.

Richie Fenton arrived for the estimate on time and a price was agreed on for the job. Two days later he and a coworker arrived at 09:00 as planned and in an hour and a half the job was done. The door looked great and operated perfectly. The old door and hardware was taken away. I am truly satisfied with Fenton Garage Doors and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

From the beginning of the project until the day of, the owner was very professional. He gave me an estimate, and potential start date since the door had to be ordered. His price was lower than all the other companies I contacted. Communication was excellent, there was no reason to second guess. On the day of, the crew came in bright and early in the morning, around 7:30 am to be exact. In about six hours they were totally done. The garage makes the house look brand new

My experience was wonderful. Ritchie who owns the company came out twice, once to measure and once because we had few more questions. He was prompt, courteous and a professional guy, which you don’t get much anymore. His price was on point. He ordered our door and it came a little sooner than what we had expected which made us even happier. He told us four weeks and it came in within two and a half weeks, so it was good to do business with him. It was the best garage doors. He did not install it for us, what included in the price was him delivering it to our property and I had priced around. It was a nice experience. I would definitely recommend him.

The guy from Fenton Garage Doors was very nice over the phone. I don't know anything about doors or anything but he was very friendly and helpful. I don't remember the price but it was definitely worth it.

It went really well from start to finish, we called and arranged for the door to be inspected, Rich arrived right on time & told us what the problem was and we decided it was time for a new door, because of it's odd size he had to special order it from the manufacturer and would take over a month to deliver. He quoted a fair price for the door, the operator and the installation. Three weeks later he called to let us know the door was in a week early and arranged an installation date. On that day he arrived right on time and in a very organized manner he unloaded everything he needed for the job from the truck and then proceeded to dismantle the old door and all it's parts and placed it in the truck to get it out of the way. He then used pressure treated lumber to frame the door opening and installed the new garage door and opener. It was a pleasure dealing with Fenton, Rich was very knowledgable, pleasant and patient in explaining all the features of the new opener. I would highly recommend Fenton to anyone looking to repair or replace a garage door or is looking for a true craftsman.

Excellent service! hopefully I wont need them again for a while, but would definitely use them again.

Our old garage door was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. We called and Rich was here the very next day. He told us it would be two weeks and he came with a crew. They disassembled the old door (NYC Sanitation took the old one) and installed the new one. The door is beautiful. Great service and great price. Would definitely recommend them. In fact, we have recommended them quite a few times already.

The estimator was willing to come on a weekend and was on time and articulate. Our door is not a standard size so needed to be ordered. He explained the order process, the price and the work. We did our homework, ordered the door by phone. He confirmed by phone when the order was accepted by the manufacturer. The door was ready to install on the date promised. The installers arrived on time, completed the work in 2.5 hours and did a beautiful job. All the debris from the old door was hauled away.

On time, professional quality work, good price , and cleaned up after job was completed. It was a pleasure from start to finish!
