FAST REPAIR INC

I hired them to install my waterheater and then to fix it right afterwards. They could not figure out what was wrong with it. They came out about five times to no avail. I finally figured out the issue on my own. They gave me a lot of grief during the process and made me feel like they just didn't care about helping me.

There was one guy who came out and he was okay. He called his office to find out how much to charge. He was good. I called them the second time because he was good, but he wasn?t around anymore and it was a bit expensive. I felt that they were kind of a disorganized organization the second time. I just didn?t get a good feeling about them. So I didn?t end up going back. It is too iffy and it?s not like they aren?t good, but I would probably not recommend them to anybody. I wouldn?t use them again.

First, a plumber came in the same day to check the old (leaking) unit. Then a manager called with several repair options and cost of each. He was able to answer the couple of questions I had with detailed answers that were easy enough to understand. I scheduled work for 2 days in advance and left a deposit. On the scheduled day, three guys arrived on time. They were polite and looked professional. They disconnected and removed the old boiler, cleaned up the floor, installed the new boiler, connected everything and cleaned up again. Then they tested the system, waited to make sure the radiators are heating up and explained controls and maintenance. Finally, the amount I paid equaled the amount I was quoted. Overall, I am definitely satisfied with the service.
