Everything went well. The reglazing is supposed to last years so we will see if it holds up. I havent heard any complaints from the tenant as of today.

The work was done over 2 days (tub one day, walls and floor the next) since it was so extensive. The technician did a good job of covering up the area so there was no mess outside the bathroom. Although he did ventilate as well as possible, the smell was quite strong the days of the work, but was pretty much gone the next day. He gave us full instructions on caring for the refinished surfaces which we're following and it's been holding up fine, no issues. Note - We had already stripped the old wallpaper off the walls, removed the old sink and toilet and medicine cabinet before the work was done and technician was aware we were going to paint and put in a new sink and toilet so told him we didn't care if anything got on the walls so your mileage may vary. But I have to say that spending the $1,100 for the refinishing, using paint we already had for the walls, and spending a total of $500 for a new sink and toilet for a total of $1,600 and having a nice, new-looking bathroom worked out great for for us - so much better than having the existing horrible bathroom gutted and spending a heck of a lot more to totally redo it.
