We contracted for the removal of old siding, installation of new siding with the front/facade done in Stucco, along with some replacement windows. Company only completely removed the siding and finished the stucco portion on the front/facade and removed debris. Stripped siding and left us with more than half the building unfinished. Apparently they also put up the wrong siding insulation so if we have anyone come out to finish the job, they'll have to strip some of that off to complete the job correctly. And they've ghosted us. They reply to messages encouragingly, only to not produce documents asked for despite repeated request. They left trash and equipment in our yard. We have leaks in places we didn't before. This was the biggest project we've undertaken as homeowners and we've been left with disappointment. They've taken our money and pretty much ghosted us. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.

Terrible. We ended up with an incomplete job, $42,000 expended and a nasty dispute with the contractor, who seems to be unlicensed, uninsured, and not accounting for money or materials properly.

Contractor was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He explained the process/steps and paper work required througably. The job was completed in a timely fashion and he delivered a quality job. Contractor demonstrated good customer service skills, dependability, responsiveness and was very easy to work with. Highly recommended this company.

Fantastic above and beyond what I expected. Everything was explained to me step by step. They were curtious,respectful and patient with me(I’m in my 70’s). They were here when they said they would be here especially when I’m in a different borough. There estimates were very reasonable (not the lowest). I would highly recommend them. They are a father and son team with many workers. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

While I hate to leave criticism and want to support small businesses. Failing to honestly recount our experiences could result in another homeowners facing the same hardship. Throughout the process there were substantive communication issue, These ranged from inconsistencies when providing timelines or completion of scope to a complete absence of communication. There was a lack of oversight that resulted in unsanitary conditions such as workers leaving for the day without properly clearing construction debris or indiscriminately discarding food waste in our backyard. There was numerous times we implored the contractor to be upfront and honest so we could sufficiently plan around. Disruptions only to have the same issues occur later on. Less than a week after the completion of the work in our kitchen. We noticed a wiring issue and reached out per the warranty provided by the contractor. The wiring issue impacted our refrigerator and we needed timely intervention to ensure we did not lose our perishable goods to spoilage. For 3 days they assured us that they would send their electrician would come but no one came. When we followed up after the 3 days no one is answering both in call and text, no updates as well. Given the Urgency that we had to incur the cost of hiring someone to fix the issue less than a week after they completed the work while we are supposedly under the 10 year warranty that they gave. Just because of these issues I could not recommend this contractor.

They are very professional. Good quality and nice work.

Famous construction did a wonderful job with replacing my roof. They were very punctual and organized. Everything was completed on time. I would love to hire them again.
