. We did not spend anything because the seller broker and our broker split their commission. My husband and I were first time home buyers. We did not know any of the process. They were very patient with us. They were very clear with their explanations. They were always there and always responded right away. They were incredibly helpful. They did not help us find the apartment because I short listed and went on thinking what would be the right apartment for us. When we got in touch with them they had suggested a couple of apartments for us to look at. Before we even got to that I ended up buying the apartment. So they did not do anything in terms of finding an apartment for us. Everything else they were really great at. They were always available. They were always pleasant and we always felt that we were well taken care of by them. They always knew what was going on. They made sure that we were able to get everything together what was needed. We would use them in the future.
