+ -1 moreUnfortunately no vendor could provide the needed materials because of the age of the windows. However, the customer service I received was excellent. Several trips were made to my apartment to see if there was another way to fix the problem. No solution was found and my deposit was returned in full.
Description of Work: Replace the weather stripping and gaskets on my 30 year old apartment windows.

+ -1 moreThey didn't show up. Provider was supposed to replace our window. Told me they'd come on Wednesday afternoon and then I took the day off work only to find out that they weren't coming and that it hadn't been scheduled appropriately. Also had a pretty rude response from the owner who just complained about how crappy his employee was rather than going out of his way to make up for the mistake.

+ -1 moreHaving construction in your house is a pain in the neck under any circumstances. These guys were nice, did their best and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again. I noted that punctuality was good not excellent. In New York City this is unavoidable. This was not a big job but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time.
Description of Work: Epic installed some noise reducing windows in the bedroom.
