Description of Work: Had an onsite visit scheduled for some lab testing of a new house to check for asbestos, lead, etc. Staff on the phone, and in person, were very professional and courteous. The cost structure could have been made more clear up front, but was still very reasonable. The amount of time it took for the team to follow up on questions, or in general, was a bit longer than it should have been.

asbestos removal
 + -1 moreurterous and professional.Everything was as professional and smooth as can be. The expert arrived promptly, and even waited patiently until I found the key to the basement. He inspected and took the necessary samples, and several days later I received the report by email and mail. Great job Jonathan. The person at the phone, Kristy (I think), was also very helpful, polite, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them!
Description of Work: Tested basement for asbestos and submitted report for use by Building Department.
