They were excellent!!.

They repaired the leaky pipes but did not check to see if the line was open. There was still a leak. They had to be called again to complete the job. The plumbers assistant berated me and wanted to add additional charges, above the suggested HomeAdvisor suggested price, but finally completed the job at the original price. The assistant was very rude. The plumber apologized for his assistant.

I requested a quote on a Sunday morning and Egli was in my home that same morning and identified the problem. His estimate was reasonable and was back the next day to start the project. Work was completed and the finished job looks very good, I would certainly call on him again and recommend to friends.

It was a GREAT experience. They were VERY responsive, skilled at their trade and worked quickly to resolve my leak.

He went above and beyond and he fixed the problem. He is on top of making sure that everything is being taken care of quickly.
