+ -1 moreI called this company because I believed them to be local to me in DUMBO and wanted to support a local business. The address provided is a front, and the operator answering the number simply said, "Plumber," when I called. The young man who came to do the work knew what he was doing, but he did a pretty rough job, he did not keep me informed of what he was doing as he went along, and he almost damaged our expensive German vanity. I wish I had joined Angie's List before calling, and I hope that the next person in my neighbourhood who plans on calling "DUMBO Plumbing" will read this before they pick up the phone.
