pressure washing
+ -1 moreUsed them for my restaurant and was duped twice. First they forgot to show up after I scheduled a closing and then was told that they would "comp" my next cleaning if I rescheduled. This sounded like a great deal so I rescheduled. They showed up on the new rescheduled date and did the cleaning. Then I am presented with a bill for the full amount of the cleaning. After speaking the owners wife who does the accounting I was told that it meant a 10% discount. How does "comp" mean "10% discount". Never using them again.
