+ -1 moreJoe Boots at Donato has been there for our house during numerous repairs, both planned and unplanned (read: emergencies). He is a no-nonsense old-school plumber who knows how Brooklyn brownstones work and what they need. I use Donato because of Joe.

Description of Work: Failed to identify source of water leak which was primary reason to call them. Also claimed to have satisfactorily cleaned out clogged drain which subsequently turned out not to be true. Finally, failed to respond to my complaint as to deficient serve OE provide an itemized invoice for services despite a request that they do so.

+ -1 moreDonato Inc. were a little high on their prices. They were here only a few minutes because the found the problem right away and fixed it. It was the first time that I used them but they did the job so I have no problem with them except for the price.
Description of Work: We didn't have heat on the upper floor one day and Donato Inc. came and fixed it. It was a minor problem but they charged a lot.
