Not well. I was in contact with their customer service department a few times to determine best options, pricing, etc. After a few Email exchanges and a phone conversation, communication just stopped. I called again and learned that the rep I was dealing with had left. I sent a follow-up Email to the person I was told took over for the rep who left. I have heard nothing and have had no response in weeks!

I've used them couple of times. They're very helpful and cooperative. They're slow and they're not cheap, but they do good work.

They were good. They did what they were supposed to do and they got it to me pretty quickly.

They did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for a price that was somewhat lower than expected (the price is based in part on the recorded length of the tapes, and I didn't know ahead of time how much recorded time was on the tapes). The files came back clearly labeled; the quality of the reproduction seemed commensurate with the quality of the tapes submitted.
With the size of my order, hand pick up and delivery was included. They picked up my tapes as arranged, and delivered them as arranged.  I had no problems.

It was awesome, they were really great. It was about the end of January or on the February, I remember because I was going to a conference. They were so professional and just very accommodating because basically he told me to video transcription service and they had a lot of stuff left over the holidays, they were saying 5 or 6 weeks. And I said if you could do it sooner, I'd appreciate it, it's probably 20 minutes of recording time, then they said they'll see what they can do and then when I dropped it off, they were just gonna call but when I actually I dropped off the video tape, I don't know if it was the owner or the manager that just welcomed me and said we'll have this done next week when you come back on your convention. And sure enough, I got the call and it was done.

DiJiFi did a great job. The delivery person was very prompt. Also, the company called me in the afternoon to let me know the more specific timeframe when he would arrive, and then the driver called me about 10 minutes before he arrived. They did this on pickup and on drop off, very professional. Once they got my photos, they went through them and gave me a call to ask questions about whether I wanted some negatives scanned as well and how I wanted the albums scanned. I wasn't sure if they could scan in the whole pages with the photos on them and they let me know they could do it and how much it would be. They also let me know the least expensive option, then they got to work. I got my photos back very soon after that along with a cd containing all the scanned images. The scanning was very well done and I'm extremely happy. I definitely recommend DiJiFi to anyone who needs photos scanned.

Like I said, I've never had a problem with this company. I'm very happy with the way they handled my precious old VHS tapes.

They gave me excellent service at a very reasonable service. I would recommend them to others.
