camera repair, internet service, computer sales
 + 1 moreI was threaten with a 15% restocking fee. I dont know whether to return or not since it will cost more now to go else where. DONT go to Delta Camera they will rip you off and will not be new.
Description of Work: I bought a camera (Canon HV40 High-Definition MiniDV Camcorder) from this website advertised for 589. I had to call to confirm and was told with an updated battery my cost would be 640. My credit card was billed for 846 when I checked. When I called the company, I was told that the cost was 846 and the camera did not include a power supply and they had to open the box to put it in. Instead of telling me this when I called to confirm, they went ahead and charged my account without my knowledge. I called to ask to return this because of what they did and they threaten me with a 15% restocking fee. My biggest beefs are: no where on the website does it say they are selling incomplete cameras which they are calling "new" and charging my account for an amount I did not agree too.
