We ordered a bathroom vanity online. The vanity was supposed to come with the faucet shown in the photo. It came with another faucet and we had to pay for it to be shipped back to them and for the new one to come to us. They also forgot to include some spacers that were required for the installation of the vanity. They sent those with the 2nd faucet. When the plumber went to install the spacers, one of them had bad threads so we needed another one. They made us pay for the additional spacer and the shipping for the spacer. I tried complaining about paying for their faulty product and they just told us that it was our fault.
