 + -1 moreDon Haswell is smooth, charming, says all the right things. He provided references. He did the project to completion, but since he is not licensed the work is not done up to code.
Description of Work: My basement was completely gutted and remodeled. After time I have discovered this is not a licensed contractor and should not have done the work. He provided false documents stating he was licensed.
