Description of Work: Roofer refused to report a loss to his business liability ins. co., nor to even advise if he carried liab. ins. As a result, holdover tenant upstairs filed suit against me as a result of roofer's failure to secure the open roof immediately prior to a heavy thunderstorm. My walls and floors are damaged, the holdover tenant has used this incident as an excuse not to timely remove his belongings and I sorely regret selecting this roofer. My homeowners ins. co. inspected the new roof on 8/8/16 and the roofer will simply not respond to my communications and comments about the quality of flashing applied in some locations of the roof. All in all, a very poor experience with this roofer.
