+ -1 moreMr. Hom was on time for both appointments, did not rush through the job, pays attention to all the details and has a completely professional demeanor.
Description of Work: Mr. Hom inspected two homes for us. The first home was a three family we were interested in purchasing. His report was very detailed pointing out everything that needed repair and also those feature which appeared to be in good condition. He also made recommendations when he thought a specialist should be called in to take a closer look. The report included photos. We were present when he walked through the house and he pointed out many problems to us. We decided not to purchase the first house. He also inspected another home for us and the report and quality of this inspection was the same. He is very consistent and he has integrity. We have purchased this second house. I would never purchase a house without having him look at it.
