+ -1 moreHe was very professional but he did one very bad thing. He was really confident as far as the comments he made, but I asked him to email me the report and he instead emailed it to the president of my coop. She was out of the country at the time, never got it and neither did I. I didn't even use his information so I paid $600 for nothing. I wasn't able to tell my contractor what he wrote either. I was absolutely furious. He was kinda flip about the whole thing too. He failed to get back to the coop. He was a real jerk about it.
Description of Work: I was required by my coop building to hire him. He came out and looked at the job my contractors where doing. He wrote up a report on things that needed to be done and approvals that would be needed.
