in brief, generally poor quality craftsmanship. Walked off job when 75% of work was done but we had already paid 90% of total fee.at that point, D. Edgar, Inc stopped all communications with me and my wife, Even stopped communicating with the architects who hired him. A house that was to take 12 months to complete is still not finished. Have had to now act as my own contractor and slowly get the unfinished work done one job at a time, Plus, work done by D.Edgar, Inc is already in need of repair because of poor construction. Some parts of the renovation were done well but overall the work was mediocre at best and nonfunctioning or within 6 months of completion is in need of repairs at worst.
