It was horrible. The company sent the wrong part for the Samsung phone. It dragged on to 2-3 months to repair instead of 1 week. When they finally had the right part, they didn't have any techs to repair it. I had to keep calling to see when it would be done. Then, it didn't work and they had to order another part. My son was starting school in September and I had no way to get in touch with him. It was a horrible experience and the cashier was very rude. I was trying to reach out to the company, but they didn't seem to care. I was insulted.
