Complete Filtration

Both Dennis and Igor were wonderful to deal with. Dennis called immediately to set up an appointment and called prior to the appointment to confirm. Igor actually showed up a little early and went right to work. The filter is working great, the water tastes much better, and I'm saving money and the earth by not buying plastic water bottles.

Dennis seemed to be a very knowledgeable young man. His work ethic and professionalism made me feel very comfortable that everything will work properly. I enjoyed hearing his explanation on how the filter works and all its long term health benefits. He organized his tools very neatly, very carefully moving around my tight kitchen space and always doing everything in a courteous manner. He made a good call to position the filter in a way as to occupy the least amount of space and setup the faucet precisely where it should be. He provided a free warranty on the installation. The filter work fantastically, I feel a huge difference in my cooking now, the food doesn't go bad as fast as it used to, I only make coffee and tea with this water and it not only saves me money but also I am contributing less waist into our sanitation department. Its ecological factor makes me feel so much better!! I will recommend only Dennis to all of my friends that want to have this incredible water filter in their home. Dennis came in with the filter still in the box, to let me see that it was completely new. Right away he started on the job, coming in with a box of his professional instruments which I don't even understand. He knew what to do and seemed very confident and knowledgeable in this area. He explained to me each step of the installation, and how the system works. He explained how the five filters function and which chemicals each one removes. He told me I would have to change the filter once a year and filmtech membrane filter once in four years, for maintenance, which he will provide as well when it was time. The whole process of installation took a couple of hours, and I was very pleased with the final results. The look of the faucet is very modern and sleek. The system is completely hidden under the sink and I still was able to pack in all my pots and pans in there. Which is very important for anyone who lives in a small apartment. I would recommend this system to everyone who cares about the quality of water that they put inside their body, everyone who is health conscious and ecologically aware. I will recommend Dennis to all my friends and this filtration system as a very satisfied customer!
