Description of Work: This is a gas and electric company that promises to provide variable rate service. Their initial quote was much less than local rates. When I signed up they tripled their rates from the 12 month analysis quote that I was provided. Purely a bait and switch. Their budget rates do not indicate what you will pay at the end of that term. Was charged $1200 more than budget, their prices were way off. When I received the $1200 bill I called them and they were difficult about giving information. Nobody would allow me to confront the issue and are not forthcoming with actual charges. When you call them wait times are over 20 minutes and when you email them their response is to tell you to call.

 + -1 moreWe have a service contract with them. They are reliable. We've been using them for 30 years. They do good work. They have different people that come out. We will continue using them.
Description of Work: We use Columbia Utilities for our heating and air conditioning. They were last here to adjust the boiler. They also supply our oil.
