Description of Work: I would HIGHLY recommend C & M Construction. | | First off, I am a rather demanding professional person with an almost-OCD like attention to the tiniest of details. I tell you this so you are better able to comprehend just how good someone has to be to get an A rating from me. | | Common concerns of a homeowner about to embark on having construction done usually include quality, reliability, cost, honesty of the workers who will be in your home, privacy, noise, cleanliness, neatness, attention to detail, and having someone who is knowledgeable and capable of giving advice about the myriad issues that will come up and with which few of us have any personal experience. In all of these areas of concern, C & M Construction came through with flying colors! The major stresses of living through a major renovation were pretty much non-existent because of these great guys. | | We had two bathrooms and a kitchen gut-renovated, a closet built, a hallway and closet renovated, and a staircase rebuilt. During the entire renovation, my husband, myself and our severely autistic teenage son lived on-premises. This is a very difficult thing to do, but Matt and his crew did everything they could to make it go smoothly. They were mindful of our son's needs and went out of their way to accommodate us--including removing the toilet every morning and replacing it every evening for us. | | Matt is a sincerely pleasant, good person who has years of experience and vast stores of knowledge. He was a great source of information and advice. The crew who worked on our renovation project consisted of Jose and Pedro--both were prompt, hardworking, skilled, polite and pleasant. I'm going to miss all of these folks now that the job is finished. | | I told Matt to pencil us in for a basement renovation and a livingroom/dining room renovation in a few months! | | | |

Description of Work: I called C&M to do a bathroom renovation. Matt responded quickly and professionally. I got three estimates and his was the cheapest by $5000. I had to wait a couple of months to get him in but I was not in a hurry. Once they were here, they were professional and fast. My bathroom is gorgeous and I receive tons of compliments. I would use them again for any renovation in the future - no question.

Description of Work: C & M Home Improvement Came in to my 2 mixed use properties that had severe fire damage. This company completely rebuilt my 4 apartments from scratch and also did work in the basement of my commercial tenants. My building feels brand new because of the excellent work of C & M Home Improvent. Everything was taken care of from soup to nuts by the owner of the company and his hardworking employees that have been with him for over 10 years. I had 4 other estimates and C & M beat them all and the work was SUPERB!! PRICE AND QUALITY!!!! You cant ask for anything more.

Description of Work: C & M has done many projects in our home, from a new and complete basement, new kitchen, a bathroom in a location that I could not believe, they utilize space and make it happen. They have installed a new hardwood floor, not to mention all the minor repairs. Matt and his staff are first class and very professional, Matt is always easy to talk to, and shares his ideas. Our last project was a new Kitchen, what a great job, and they finished in the time that was promised. We look forward to our next project
