Clearity Window Cleaning

After some initial confusion about the terms of my "Big Deal" coupon, we were able to schedule window cleaning. Yuri did an excellent job, and was courteous and pleasant.

Three men arrived on time- they protected the floor and furniture near the windows- they did an excellent job. They were courteous and worked efficiently.

The company was fine but they said that they do not service my area so I was unable to use them.

I called during biz hours to set up a cleaning appointment. They said they'd call back that evening (?!). But I never heard from them. I guess this disqualifies them as a reliable service. Note to Angie: Your forms are incomplete: You assume that service was actually agrred to be done; but you don't allow for vendors' unresponsiveness and inability to set up the service in the first place.

I went online.. purchased a window cleaning -- I don't know if they every called me.. it may have been the wrong phone number. but, I was charged $224. I ended up cleaning my windows myself. How do I get a refund

An appointment was scheduled almost 3 weeks in advance and the men were on time and did all the work in a professional manner. I will definitely use Clarity Window cleaners again!

Clearity sent over Yuri who was great. He was quiet, did not make any mess, cleaned up everything, and my windows look great. He even pointed out a broken spring on one of my windows. Just great.

They came on time and were very tidy. I was very happy with the work.

scheduling the appointment required a little patience as I work outside of home and needed to find a time that worked. although they were a little delayed, Ivan called at the appointed time to let me know he was stuck in traffic and would be 15 mins more. It was nice to have someone acknowledge your time is also valuable! They did an excellent job and even pointed out a few blemishs on the windows caused by exterior maintenance on the brick that he couldnt remove with just a plain washing. Honest, worked swiftly, was neat and thorough. Great job.

Arrived at the correct time. Very good service. Took down the window treatments and put them back. My only concern was that I asked if the windows were locked and I was told yes. This was a concern because they were street level. When I double checked four out of six were not. Other than that the windows looked great and I will use them again

I would use them again as well as recommend them to friends. They were very polite and very pleasant as well as fast and efficient. They were very careful with all the things in my house, and their work was excellent.

The window cleaner was about 40 min late arriving for the appointment, but he called and let me know he was stuck in traffic. Once he arrived he went right to work. Was very careful about not getting water anywhere except on the windows, and even wore protective covers on his shoes so as not to track any dirt into my apartment. I had him do two more windows than what was included in the package. He charged me a few more dollars for those than what the web site said they should cost saying that they were "oversize". The extra windows weren't actually oversize, but the difference amounted to a total of $10 so I didn't argue the point. His work was professional and the windows looked great when he finished. Good value!

No luck in making appt on website though it indicated one could do so and no response to two call. May simply hae been a mechanical/electronics glitch but I heard from my old window cleaner in the interim.

My windows needed to be cleaned. After searching from various of different companies I choose CLEARITY WINDOW CLEANING. Their original price to clean windows were 140. But with their savings it came to 112. I think this was a good price. After cleaning the windows they looks magnificent. I was amazed of how cleaned it looked from both inside and outside view. I would refer them to anyone. They came a little late then expected but it all worked out fine.

They did a good job. They missed one window out of ten. They were doing inside and outside cleaning and they missed like half my window outside cleaning but otherwise, it was great. They were very nice.

Ivan did a great job-- he was careful and meticulous. The apartment had just been through a renovation so the windows we're filthy (dust, grime, etc.) and they now look fantastic. Very professional throughout. We would not hesitate to use Clarity again.

They were great! We have very large old loft windows that are difficult to clean and were filthy. They did a great job. And very reasonable and personable.

It went great! I couldn't have asked for better and won't hesitate to call them again. From the time I purchased the "deal" here on AL, there were frequent communications and updates. Ivan and his crew arrived on time and even came out in very cold weather (about 25 degrees) to do the windows. They were well prepared, quick, efficient, and did a really great job. I have never seen so well through our windows which were quite dirty. I wish all contractors/workers were as good as Ivan and Clearity.

This was an Angie's Deal but I read the information very cursorily. When Ivan and I discovered that none of our windows met his criteria, he and I negotiated a new deal for the work. The work was meticulously done; Ivan and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient professionals.

This is the second time I have used Clearity. They are terrific and professional. I was very happy with the results.
