Excellent. The men arrived early and performed the work quickly and efficiently. The old windows were behind bars that could not be removed, so the men worked on ladders. Despite their age, the windows now look brand new!

Perfect! The technician arrived exactly on time, was extremely professional, and tidy. He was in and out in exactly one hour (which is the time I was quoted). I was able to pay with a credit card (with a small up-charge to do) so which was extremely convenient, and I was able to add a tip right on my credit card. I plan to use them again in a year or so when I'm due for another cleaning!

It went great! There were a few windows that were more difficult to clean than others because they were difficult to maneuver, but the two men were able to trouble shoot and solve the problem. Overall, they did a fantastic job!

It went pretty well. The windows are as clean as they can be. I was disappointed, however, by their messing up one of our screens and not even telling me. (They took it out to clean one window and put it back in upside down in the wrong part of the window and I could not dislodge it.) We had to have the window installers fix it.

Very responsive. Set up apppointment same week. Provided insurance and everything needed in one day. Workers were on time, clean, wore booties on their shoes in apartment, and windows looked great. Will definitely use again.

I was traveling abroad when I had to arrange for a morning call by email after finding Clearity's great reviews on Angie's List, and was worried because I had to make the appointment at short notice. But their office responded immediately and sent a price list. Because we have sliding windows it was hard to figure out exactly how much it would cost. Two of the sliding windows, which are extremely heavy, have to be removed for the storm windows to turn inward for cleaning. I didn't really expect an Angie's discount because of this complication. However, when the workmen came (pretty much when they said they would), they gave me an estimate of $160, which not only wasn't much more than the $147 discount I saw on Angie's, but was roughly half of what I thought I'd have to pay--plus, they wiped down the gritty, dusty sills. (You'd think that would be included in the price, but the last guy charged $60 extra for doing the sills!) I should add that Clearity was also meticulous about sending our super their certificate of insurance in advance. The workmen worked neatly and efficiently, wore booties, and kept everything clean, apart from a few spots on the carpet from their equipment that will be easy to get out. After years of using nice but slightly quirky individual providers, it's great to know about a clean, reliable, reasonably-priced window cleaning service.

Christine ,who calls you to set up the appointments, answers the phone ,explains their services and trouble shoots between you and the cleaners, was so nice, personable and very helpful . She knew how to handle my anxieties when the weather report call for rain storms for the day of cleaning app"t, then when I woke up that morning and it had been raining earlier, I called her again and she calmly and respectfully told me she would be in touch with the cleaners & if it got too bad they would reschdule my app"t. . The two window washes arrived on time, One of them was the supervisor .He was very personable. After showing him the windows( one of which did not open or close properly, so I wasn"t going to have it cleaned) they quiclkly started the Job . They were careful to protect the window sills and surrounding areas form getting wet or soiled by putting down protective cloths. He explained to me that he knew how to open and close the problem window,and he was able to wash that window as well.. He also said that since the windows in my new apartment were double pane windows and had not been cleaned in a very long time, a few of them did not shine as well as the rest and that if I wanted them to shine better, a solvent might work but that it would cost a little more. I decided to let them try & they did get a little better, I was satisfied.. He was very informative, he explained alot and answered all of my questions. I would use them again.

no response from provider and very unprofessional message on the voice mail. i called the number listed earlier this week and got a message that theperson you are trying to reach is unavailable. Left a message but never received a call back. As there was no company name on the message thought maybe i dialed wrong so tried again today. Same message so just hung up.
