They were perfect. They were so congenial and did the most beautiful job. They were very nice and special people. They were very helpful and honest. We would call them every year and recommend them to everyone too. Their prices were very reasonable.

It went great. Best window cleaning we have ever had. Car trouble delayed their arrival, but they managed to finish the job before we had to leave.

Wonderful. I will reuse them forever and expect my neighbors will too -- we have all used the same man who recently retired. Totally enthusiastic.

Ivan was quick to respond to my initial call. He came to the house to give me an estimate. He called while traveling from Manhattan to let me know when he would arrive at the house in Brooklyn and came at exactly that time. The estimate he gave me seemed reasonable and he assured me that if it were over, it would not be over by more than about $20-$40. Ivan scheduled the work quickly and arrived on time to do the job. We live in a renovated Brownstone and the windows had not been cleaned in over 2 years! I had to leave for work so my housekeeper and nanny were at home to take care of payment and whatever else he may need. The work was AMAZING and the price was more than fair. I gave both fellows a tip because their work and professionalism was outstanding! We will welcome this company back in to our home about every 6m to clean the windows! I just wish we hadn't waited so long! Thanks Ivan!!!!

Ivan and Sergei did a great job. My windows had not been cleaned in a long time and now you can't tell if they're there. They were professional and courteous. They were mindful of the need to keep my cats away from the open windows. The cost was over Ivan's estimate, but he hadn't seen the windows and I knew he was underestimating. The final price was under what I anticipated the job would cost. I would have no problem using Clearity again or recommending them to a friend!

This is the second time that Ivan has cleaned my windows and screens, and each time he has done a very good job. Thorough and professional all the way. I expect to hire him for repeat cleanings in the future.

The name of the owner is Ivan Gavin. He was fabulous. The price was very fair for the job he did. He is so special because he paid lot of attention to the detail. He did things that we tell him to do like he told us to give us some oil and he oiled the windows so that it went up and down better. That was not his responsibility but he went extra miller. There were some issues that he took care of them without having to be asked. He was very careful with cleanliness. He was just really was very professional. He reminded me that no matter what job he would have he would do the best job. The windows were just phenomenal. I was just walking out looking at it. They were very dirty. He pointed out some things that needed to be fixed so I marked them out. He just spends as much time he can and he asked whether he should do the screen and I asked him if he could do that. So he said he would do that as he had some special thing. He didn’t charge extra for that. He really was very thorough and very detailed looking at making sure everything was okay. He was very professional in approaching to things and very careful with my house environment. I would use him again and my neighbor also has hired him for a job. If I had my windows done again in the spring then it would definitely be him.

Punctual, neat, thoughtful, efficient and well priced. Ivan and Nicolai arrived on time, and very thoughtfully put on blue surgical booties over their shoes before walking into my apartment. They did a great job cleaning a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows downstairs, two huge picture windows in the bedrooms, and another half wall of windows in my kitchen/living room. Ivan even showed me that acid-rain spots had built up on on the glass, and offered an extra treatment to get rid of them. They worked for an hour and a half straight, hardly making a sound, and left me windows so clear I could hardly believe I had been living with dirty windows for so long. Very happy with the service and results. Will be calling these guys again!

They were a little slow, but they did a fine job. I will use them again in the future.

Guys were super nice, on time, did excellent work. Would definitely recommend, and I plan on using again. Also have a very well designed and actually useful website, which is rare for this kind of service.

They were on time and immediately got to work. They covered their shoes and towels covered splash areas. They went over stubborn spots until they were clean. They were personable.

My windows are so clean that you can't tell if they're open or closed. The guy was 30 minutes late on the first day, but was on time when he came back to finish the job. The price was excellent. I would have given them an A for overall experience if they had cleaned my entire window (and not just the glass). They also didn't get the paint off of the metal part of the windows (though they did get it off the glass).

My initial call was returned promptly. They arrived on time and prepared. Two guys came, i think one was the owner. They started immediately, helping me to move furniture out of the way.. they covered all surfaces that could be damaged by water. They methodically and beautifully cleaned all the windows, freeing up painted over windows, and cleaning out the window jams as well. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves, and helped me move the furniture back into position. Then the owner calculated the bill, and it was an extremely fair price. I expected it to be more. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful of my house. My two young children hovered around watching them, and they were definitely kid friendly.

It went fine - very thorough work. Altogether a very good experience.

Ivan came to give me an estimate the week before; while cleaning my windows about a week later he did some minor restoration work that had not been included in his original bid but did not charge me extra. Ivan is professional, very clean and very pleasant. Had not cleaned my windows in over a year, but will definitely use Ivan and his company on a regular basis. It's really great to look out of clean windows (probably obvious to more reasonable individuals).

The worker Ivan sent was the most thorough, precise, dedicated young person i've met in a long time. He asked questions, made no mess, did an impressive job and spent a lot of time making sure the windows were immaculate. It was a fantastic job. Ivan called to confirm the appointment, visited the site while his worker was in the midst of the job. His follow through was really amazing and he was a very nice person to deal with.

I scheduled this cleaning just 2 days before. Job was done very carefully (took over an hour),. with protection for floor and furnishings around the window. The windows look great and this was a painless, pleasant experience.
