Clearity Window Cleaning

Clearity were a few minutes late, but they called to warn me. Perfectly understandable given the parking situation in Manhattan. They came in, immediately put on booties and completely picked up for themselves as they went window to window.

.In a little less than two and a half hours 15 windows and screens were cleaned. The sun is shining and I'm really happy!

Very professional at fair price. They came in prepared with everything they needed. I have a one bedroom with windows in every room including bathroom and kitchen. They spent 2 hours on the job, methodically went from window to window with great care and cleaned the screens as well. Couldn't ask for more. Will used them again and have recommended them to my neighbor.

Ivan sent a very lovely young man, Yury, to clean my windows and clean and replace my storm windows. Ivan was very responsive anc clear in terms of setting up the appointment and giving me an estimate. Yury was fantastic. There was just one issue and that's why I gave a B for quality -- even though that's a misleading (there was no A-). The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating is because Yury was careful and thorough, but not fast. The only reason this matters is that, though he started at 2:00, it got dark before he finished at around 5:45. So the final window is a bit smeary. But every window he cleaned in the light is perfectly clean and sparkly And my windows are quite old and a bit difficult to handle, and he also had to figure out which storm fit in which window. So it was a bit of a sticky, complicated job. And he did it quite well, until he ran out of the light necessary to see what he was doing. I had these windows cleaned once before, about two years ago, by another company. They came in a team of two, the price was roughly the same, and it took less than half the time. So that's my only issue.

These guys were amazing. I asked them to come on short notice to prepare the house so that it could be put on the market. They arrived on time and did a huge amount of work in an afternoon, staying late in order to accommodate a last minute request for additional work. They were consummate professionals, polite, skilled, knowledgeable, and careful to keep the house clean. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

They cleaned the inside and outside of the windows and later returned to repair windows that did not open and some that did not close.

We were thrilled with the professionalism and the results. So pleased, in fact, that I decided this was something I would start doing more often.

The gusy came in and cleaned about ten windows in a quick and efficient manner. They also called my attention to two windows that would need to be changed for aesthetic reasons if i so desired. (There was "fog" clouding up in between two panes, resulting in a permanently dirty look). They were right. I will have them change these two windows soon.

They did the work well. Everything was put back where it belonged. They were timely, fast, and did their job very well. It was more than what I bargin for. I would hire them again and I would highly recommend them to others.

Fantastic job. I have no spots, no streaks, and even the window sills are clean. They were pleasant, and accommodating, and I didn't get the feeling they were anxious to get finished as fast as possible, and just collect their fees. Price wise, they were about the same as I have paid in he past, and possibly even a little less. They even pointed out that the wood which makes contact with the frame, on the inside, should probably get another coat of poly, so that the wood would not dry out.

Ivan and his helper did a fine job. They seemed responsible, fair, and interesting in doing a good job.

The technician was nice and professional. I live on the 13th floor and they did not have the tools to reach out to clean. They were honest people. I decided to get a refund.

Ivan responded right away to my email, and we set up a date, later changed to a Sunday. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job. I will definitely use Clearity again.

I contacted them thru their website. They called me back the same day and we discussed the job. I explained as best I could the scope of the work and sent them a picture of the solarium. He gave me what I thought was a good price and we scheduled the job for the following day at an estimated time. The following day I called them when the estimated time had past to see when they expected to come. He told me that they were on a job that was taking longer than expected and could reschedule until today. I agreed. They called me 1 hour prior to their arrival and I met them at the location. They were on time. The job took over two hours, much longer than I had anticipated. They went over and over the outside panes and were very meticulous and careful. I found out later that they applied an acid wash and then washed the windows several times. I thought the windows looked wonderful after the 2nd time they washed them. The outside windows took the longest. Once they got to the inside, they moved the dining table & chairs and covered the floor and completed the job. I thought they should have charged much more for the amount of work they put into this job and the quality of the work.They were wonderful. The only don't is not to expect them to rush thru and just get the job done. They are more concerned with perfection than the time involved.

Some of the windows hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. The picture window in the living room had a storm window on the outside and the glass surfaces between the two probably were never cleaned in 60 years. Anyway all surfaces were cleaned by the two window cleaners and it is amazing to look out of perfectly clean windows!

Clearity Windows did a superb job of cleaning my screens and windows. They were prompt and very reasonable.

Simply terrific. There was a scheduling glitch, the kind of thing that could basically go wrong, turn everyone grumpy and decimate a business relationship, but not in this case. In this case, Ivan's graciousness set the tone for the transaction. I would be so happy to hire them again: it's nice to give money to a nice person for good service.

I was pleased with the services provided. The workers were very cordial and accomodating. They used great care in performing the service. They also wipes around the vinyl trim of the windows, however, since I am not sure if this is included with the window cleaning service, it was not done as thoroughly as the actual glass cleaning. I will definitely use them again.

He was awesome. He was on time. They were very nice on the phone. They were punctual. He did an amazing job. His price was lower than the estimate. The price was great considering the work they did.

Everything was great and I was very satisfied. They actually drove a long way to come here to give me an estimate. They took their time and we talked about everything. When they were stuck in traffic, they called me to let me know they were running late. I will be using this company to clean my windows.

Excellent experience. Found through Angie's List, called and made an appointment. appointment re-confirmed the evening before to make sure rain was not forecasted. Ivan and assistant showed up on time and were very pleasant. they immediately put on shoe covers and covered the floor and furniture wherever they worked. Ivan demonstrated damage to windows from screens and tried to remove it. they were efficient and did not damage anything. the prices were reasonable and the results were outstanding. It was an "eye-opener" to realize how much dirt was on the windows and what a difference the cleaning made. I would definitely use Clearity again and recommend it without reservation.

I found Ivan on Angie's List and asked him to come over for an estimate, he was very prompt in both returning my initial call and coming out to New Jersey from Brooklyn. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to come out for the job within a week of the initial call. He was just fabulous, he really cares about his work and is meticulous. There was not an inch that he did not get to, our windows have never looked better!!!

VERY professional. Excellent work! Ivan and Yuri were punctual, courteous, enthusiastic, and meticulous. For the money, it was a very good deal! I will definitely use them again.
