Clearity Window Cleaning

came on time, was very thorough and cleaned up after himself.

The crew (including the owner of the arrived promptly and were remarkably thorough. The windows were spotless. Clarity also gently washed two large pier glass windows (one floor to 12=foot ceiling) and no additional cost. We would recommend Clarity without reservation and will use them again.

They arrived on time and I asked for some extras (like removing an air-conditioner in order to do an outside window.) This was accomplished with a very small extra charge.I asked, as a favor, to bring a ladder and remove a wysteria vine. They willingly accomplished this. The cleaning was excellent - the attitude was professional and accomodating.

The overall service was excellent. There are no don'ts .

Called for a window cleaning appointment and asked to get it done as soon as possible. They had just gotten a cancellation, so they were out within 2 hours. One young man did the job in 2-3 hours; he worked diligently and did a nice job. Professional and efficient.

They called back to confirm the appointment and they arrived on time. They worked consistently through the day and cleaned our windows. They charge $15.00 per window.

My first appointment with Clearity had to be cancelled due to bad weather. They kept in touch about rescheduling which I appreciated. On the day of the actual appointment, they called to say they were running late, about an hour. In the end they came 2 1/2 hours later than the scheduled time. They started their work and quite quickly said they were going to take a lunch break. This surprised me as it was 2:30 and the work was supposed to start at 11:00. I thought they would have a quick lunch which would have been fine, but they stayed out almost an hour. I needed to leave at 5:00 and pick up my son. By that time they had done 9 windows and there were 6 more uncleaned. Of the 9 they cleaned 3 didn't need it as they were new windows. I had told them this in the beginning. I did not ask them to come back and complete the work the next day. The windows were nice and clean but their lack of attention to time was careless and frustrating.

I had written a review before the service was performed. The job is now completed and I just wanted it noted that I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the workers. Upon entering the apartment they slipped booties over their shoes ( similar to what surgeons wear), always used a drop cloth, and performed excellent work. Because there were two men sent to do the job, everything was completed in one hour and I am ejoying looking out of perfectly cleaned windows, window sills, and screens. I would definitely use this company again. They were terrific!

The two window cleaners got right to work when they arrived and cleaned all the windows beautifully in less than an hour. They've never looked this good! Wonderful job.

I highly recommend this company. Ivan was very responsive in scheduling the appointment and, after I gave a description of the windows to be cleaned, he gave an estimate and stayed true to the estimate. Our home suffered damage from Hurricane Sandy and so did most of the homes around us. There was so much sand, dirt and dust on the windows from Sandy and after this cleaning the windows were spotless! This company did an amazing job and they were very professional.

These guys were FANTASTIC. First of all, they were on time and broght paper shoe covers, so as not to track up my floor. I've never seen anyone do that, and since we don't wear shoes in my house that was really appreciated. Ivan and his team were friendly, thorough and efficient. They covered anything (like my computer) that might be damaged, and were able to figure out how to do some tricky window situations (such as a window with an ac). One window has some stick-on picture residue (from a child who lived in the apartment before I moved in) that I'd never been able to get off - it's now gone! No strong chemical smells either. The windows sparkle, it's far better than I could do myself and I'm delighted!!!

Arrived about an hour late due to traffic,but did call to advise of problem. Spent about 5 hours, and shined windows that werent cleaned in 10 years. They also advised of failures in windows that had lost their seal.

Perfect. Ivan, the person I spoke to on the phone, was very responsive and even when I didn't call him back he called me. He gave me a very satisfactory price over the phone. They did a great job cleaning my windows.

They did a great job! We just moved into a loft and the windows were filthy. The windows I had didn't fit the Big Deal exactly, so I paid them a little extra, but I was pleased with the final work.

A perfect transaction. All of my home's filthy windows were meticulously cleaned. The person who cleaned them was wonderful--professional, hard working, prompt. He pointed out what could and couldn't be done. The results exceeded my expectations.

The price was very fair and they did an excellent job. We were having a wedding and they were really good about accommodating me.

Setting up appointment(s): The owner picked up the phone right away. He asked many questions to make sure he gave an accurate quote. We set a date and time after about 15 minutes of conversation. First appointment: Did not happen, because Clearity couldn't get the insurance in time to my building management. The owner called me to reschedule once he found out. On to second appointment. Second appointment: Did not happen, per owner via email, the weather condition was not safe for them to work. Rescheduled. On to third appointment. Third appointment: Owner and his co-worker showed up on time with all supplies. Only 1 person worked because of parking issue. There was complication when they found the window screens were sealed with silicon. We discussed and decided we needed to continue the work some other day. On to fourth appointment. Fourth appointment: Owner and his co-worked arrived as discussed. Removed the silicon, cleaned all windows and screens, and installed them back to original condition. Screens were sealed with silicon that I provided. The whole project was completed in about 5 hours. All in all Clearity was great to deal with. Very straightforward. They seem to genuinely care about what they do, and how things should be done. They do not cut corners. As a result, I learned things from them. Perhaps they learned things from completing our project too. The windows and screens are all clean now. Thank to them. Lesson learned: Have your windows cleaned before winter weather hits. Don't procrastinate.
