Clearity Window Cleaning

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. They charged additionally because I have screens on my windows and a couple of other things. I liked that they were very competent and they got to work right away. What I did not like about it was that there was a $3 per window extra fee because there were screens on the windows. I have never had a screen charge from any window washer before.

This is a four-story brownstone with different styles of windows from the front to the back, and from floor to floor. They completed the work in the time allotted (one day) and did an excellent, professional job. The building operates as an office and they were very accommodating in working around the different schedules and courteous while operating during our working hours. I would absolutely contact them again the next time we need to get our windows cleaned. Highly recommend!

Quality of work was excellent - the windows hadn't been cleaned in years and were absolutely sparkling once Clearity had finished their work . They were very thorough - cleaned both the inside and outside of each window and cleaned the screens and inside of window frames as well. It was a bit difficult to schedule the appointment, but that was due in part to the fact that I needed a Saturday appointment and it was peak season when I called. Service provider was a bit late for the appointment but called before the scheduled arrival time to advise that he was running late. I plan to hire Clearity each spring from now on!

The team who came to wash the windows in our apartment was efficient and thorough. Their boss called ahead of time to ask questions about the windows so that they came with the appropriate equipment to hang outside the building. When they saw that there was paint on the windows, they told me there would be a small extra charge for using a razor to take it off, but when they discovered it wouldn't entail much extra work, they didn't charge us for it. After they left, our windows sparkled.

They were fantastic! They were punctual and cleaned the inside and outside of windows. They even cleaned both sides of the panes on a glass door and did not charge! Our windows gleam! I highly recommend them.

service was prompt and professional. however, i was under the impression that they would also clean the frames and not just the windows.

Cleaner arrived on time and got to work. He cleaned the windows inside and outside, including storm windows. They came out beautifully sparkling.. I love looking out of them.

Ivan was just fantastic. He is polite, intelligent, and did a very good job. I enjoyed speaking with him and found him to be very engaging. Ivan is serious about what he does, I would call him back without hesitating for a second.

It went great. The experience was pretty easy, they just came in and cleaned the windows really well and they're still pretty clean. I had them done ab out 3 months ago and it looks good. They were nice, they were clean, they put back everything and it was awesome. No complaints.

Ivan was professional and cooperative from the get go. Everything was smooth from start to finish and he explained everything that he would be doing. He also helped me with a difficult shelf that had to be removed before they could get to the window to be washed. And after finishing they put it back in place. I was absolutey delighted with their service and intend to use them again and again! I give them the highest praise!

the offer was an opening bid for the job. Extra for more windows, extra for very dirty windows. however, we were at least not surprised as we were told of the coming extra charges.

A spate of rainy weather caused some glitches in scheduling but eventually it worked out. The windows were cleaned efficiently and without a fuss or mess to my apartment. This was an incredible bargain and I would definitely use them again.

The washers arrived early and immediately assembled their cleaning materials after spreading out a cloth on the floor. They also covered their shoes with protective booties. They worked together very well and moved along quickly. The windows were absolutely spotless and they used ladders outside to the 2nd floor to wash the exterior windows instead of sitting on the window sills. They were very innovative on the 3rd floor as they needed to stand on a narrow outside sill in order to adequately clean the windows outside. The took precautions by having the guy on the outside wear a harness, while the other one inside attached the harness to his waist. The guys were very careful and deliberate and did a fantastic job. They were very respectful throughout the visit and cleaned up as they went along. The windows were all spotless without any smears at all. I will definitely use them again!

Although they were 30 minutes late for the appointment, they apologized immediately and went to work. They covered their shoes before walking around my apartment and were careful not to drip water anywhere. The windows were cleaned so well they seemed to disappear. i was very happy with their courtesy, professionalism, the quality of their work and the price..

They changed the original appointment to accomodate another client - they did call me to reschedule. Then we had to reschedule because it was pouring rain and made no sense to clean windows! Again, they were proactive and called me. Finally they did come on the day they were scheduled to - they were late, but they did call, and the traffic was worse than they had anticipated. They did a good job cleaning the windows, and they worked quickly and did not fool around. The original ad was misleading - I have double hung windows with two panes, and the ad said that that counted as two windows, but they treated each as one window. So I only had 7 windows cleaned. But I don't know who drafted the misleading ad, so I cannot say it was the company's fault. Personnel were very pleasant and personable, and they cleaned up before they left; I felt comfortable with them in the apartment.

They did a great job in under an hour. I had fairly new windows on the park and now my views are gorgeous.

Ivan and his crew are great. They did a fantastic job. Ivan is very fair. I found out that transomes were extra, but when I pointed out that the Angie's List coupon did not state this clearly, he was willing to work with me and reach a compromise. The guys were meticulous and I am very happy with the results.

Ivan came the week prior and gave us an estimate which we thought to be reasonable. I have never had my windows washed by a professional before so, after reading the many positive reviews, went ahead with the arrangements. He and his crew of two employees arrived on time with their equipment and did an excellent job. It took 3 men 2 hours to do the job. I will call them back before next winter for another cleaning.

These guys were great. A few weeks before we had to cancel and they were flexible. They were punctual, friendly and professional. They worked hard and did a beautiful job. The boss even refused the large tip I wanted to give them and ended up taking a smaller one. I was thoroughly impressed with these guys and will definitely be hiring them again next year.
