I booked this company through Amazon Home Services. They cancelled at 9 am the day when they were scheduled between 10-12. The guy who called to cancel had the audacity to tell me he wasn't canceling with an hours notice because the time window was between 10-12. Really? Ridiculous. They had 2 weeks of notice to make this appointment work. Extremely unprofessional.
